4 months ago, I was lucky enough to meet Mike. He has amazing understanding of proper techniques for various exercises. He recognized my full potential and pushes me there. He encourages and motivates me to do better, and yet he knows how much I’m capable of. I’ve been impressed by his passion to help clients, and his ability to connect with them. He’s very caring and attentive to what each clients needs, what their limits are, and how far he can push them. He brings positive energy and enthusiasm to every session. “Wanted to up my fitness a bit, so I tried his Tabata boot camp. It was awesome! All the exercises were possible without equipment so it could be done anywhere and he customized the workouts to the areas I wanted to work on most. Always available for help and gave solid advice to fix any issues I was having. Definitely recommend!”
