Realizing that even at her petite stature she could work to 200lbs. This week she worked up to 185 lbs with a 2 rep max. Excited to see when she hits that goal.

Keep #fitness simple. There are going to be days to target specific muscle groups. You can hit the whole posterior group keeping it simple as doing the #deadlift
Maybe just #kettlebellswings for interval training, #hiphinge and #backstrength 
Build your workout around what your focusing on strengthening. Maybe build around the equipment you want to use.

Here, @filitaliana is using #kettlebells to add wrist stability to a #pushup 
Also, you can’t cheat the movement with elbows flaring out. They must remain tucked so you work the proper muscles or in this case lose your foundation.
