Happy Wednesday!  If you didn”t get your 2nd  set of high intensity in for the week or need some inspiration for your workout after work, try this 2 set HIT session.

Equipment Used: Kettlebell, Slam Balls, Rower

Set 1 – 30-20-10 –> Repeat 3 Times

30 x Speed Deadlift

20 x Crossback Lunges

10 x Ball Slams

Set 2 – Superset –> Repeat 2 Times

250 Meter Sprint Interval On Rower

Side To Side Ball Slams – 5 Each Side (Heavy) Or 10 Each Side (Lighter)
